Ehsaas Disable Person – The Ehsaas Disabled Persons Program is a government initiative in Pakistan aimed at offering financial support to individuals with disabilities. Qualified individuals under this program receive a monthly allowance of 2000 Pakistani rupees, and a dedicated bank account is set up for them in December each year.

The government is fully dedicated to promoting inclusivity and ensuring equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities. To achieve this, they have initiated a program known as Ehsaas Kafalat. The program aims to assist a minimum of 20 million families nationwide who have a disabled family member. To enroll in the program, individuals can register through the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) and complete a comprehensive family survey.

For Ehsaas Kafalat, individuals with disabilities need to be registered with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA). As part of the ongoing Ehsaas survey in all districts, eligible families will be identified and enrolled in the program. The identification process will continue until June. Application Process For Ehsaas Disable Person Program 

Biometric Verification Special individuals will be registered through the NADRA database. Eligibility for the stipend will be based on the disability status as determined by the NADRA database. It is important to register family members who are special individuals in the NADRA database and obtain a disability certificate to qualify for the stipend.

Once individuals with disabilities are registered in NADRA’s records, the necessary data for including their families in the Ehsaas program will be provided to Ehsaas management through NADRA. There is no need to register again. The payment system relies on biometric authentication.

How To Register Ehsaas Disable Person Program.

• Open the Pakistan Bait ul Mal website.
• Name, father’s name, date of birth, and gender of the disabled person.
• Additional details: Contact number, National Identity Card (NIC) number, complete address, and province name should be included.

Registration Through Punjab Baitul mal

If online registration is not possible, an alternative procedure is available. Here is a provided form.

1. Print the form.
2. Fill in your details, including your name, ID card number, complete address, and type of disability.
3. Attach a photo of yourself.
4. Submit the form along with the applicant’s thumb impression at the nearest Baitul Mal office.
5. Upon registration, a card will be issued to you.
6. This program enables you to receive a monthly stipend of two thousand rupees.
